Coverage Stories That
Speak Volumes

When the transmission failed just after the factory term, DMARC authorized the rebuild quickly. The claims advisor explained every document I needed and the workshop was paid without a scramble.

Premier Guard Client

I compared several extended warranties and chose DMARC because the contract listed real parts, not vague promises. The electrical claim on my control module was handled with clear yes/no answers.

High-mileage coverage is usually a maze. DMARC inspected eligibility first, then issued a plan I could actually use. That honesty is why I renewed when the first term ended.

Bringing Your Drive Back to Life

Answers Before You Activate a Plan

Extended warranties only work when drivers understand waiting periods, exclusions, and how claims are authorized. These are the questions we hear most often.

Most plans include a short waiting period so pre-existing failures are not submitted as new claims. Your contract states the exact number of days and miles. After that window, covered components are eligible according to the schedule of benefits.
Have the vehicle inspected promptly. Early diagnosis helps determine whether the issue involves a covered assembly. Keep the inspection report; it is often required when you open a claim.
Simple authorizations can be completed once the workshop provides diagnosis and a parts estimate. Complex engine or transmission jobs take longer because teardown notes and part availability must be reviewed.
Normal maintenance items such as brake pads, wiper blades, and routine filters are generally excluded unless you purchase a specific maintenance add-on. Mechanical breakdown of listed components is the core of every plan.
